Abstract: | The CRM system is created for recording data that is not stored in huge tables, but in convenient cards, and the entire history of customer interaction is presented in chronological order, that is, it is supposed to work with the database, from the first call to the purchase. The possibilities of CRM do not end there - CRM will check each order and give a signal as the deadline approaches to help the client not to forget anything. |
