Résumé: The modem state and prospects of suckling market of Ukraine development are considered. Strategic growth priorities of milk products industry enterprises which will assist achievement of competitive edges at the market of milk are reasonable. The analysis of development of suckling industry as parts of agroindustrial complex is conducted, and also possibilities are described for development on the modem stage of market economy.
