Оценка жителями Кемеровской области качеств руководителей государственной и муниципальной власти при управлении региональными социально-экономическими процессами

Abstract

The article is devoted to personal, professional and business characteristics of the leaders of bodies of state and municipal management. In the introduction it gives the opinion one of the most authoritative Russian regional leader representative governor of Kemerovo region Aman Tuleyev. This leader evaluates such fact as which should be the leader of federal and regional level. As an example it gives the conflict situation in Mezhdurechensk where thanks to the administrative talent of the head of local authorities the situation is successfully resolved within shortest terms. Further the technique with the help of which the author analyzes business and professional qualities of the leaders is also viewed. It gives the total number of the selection respondents and holding place of the questionnaire. In general these are the regions in the south of Kemerovo region and in particular such cities as Mezhdurechensk and Novokuznetsk. The respondents themselves clearly distinguish such definitions as 'manager" and 'leader". Then they analyze in more detail the opinions of the citizens of the region highlighting the most sharpest points, where their point of views are divided in equal parts. In conclusion are marked the positive and negative moments in the assessment of the modern leaders of state and municipal management.
