Abstract

In the report the questions of the administrative and financial and economic relations in the system of the education legislation in conditions of transitive eсоnоmу of the Republic of Belarus are considered. The analysis of the working normative-legal acts, regulating the organization of management and economic activity of higher educational establishments will be carried out. The necessity is proved, for further development of the legal bаse of higher education in view of experience of other states.
