Инновационное развитие промышленных организаций Республики Беларусь: интеллектуальное обеспечение и инструменты оценки

Abstract

Развиты теоретические основы интеллектуального обеспечения инновационного развития организации: введены понятия интеллектуальные авуары и инновационного потенциала; разработан методический инструментарий их оценки, включающий методику измерения интеллектуальных авуаров и методику оценки инновационного потенциала; определен концептуально-методический подход к формированию интеллектуального обеспечения инновационного развития организации, на основе которого сформулированы практические рекомендации по формированию системы управления инновационным развитием промышленной организации, включающие алгоритм выбора направлений и определения паттернов инновационного развития.

The theoretical foundations of intellectual support for the innovative development of the organization have been developed; the concepts of intellectual assets and innovation potential are introduced; the methodological tools for its assessment, that include the methodology for measuring the organization’s intellectual holdings and the methodology for assessing the organization’s innovative potential have been defined; a conceptual and methodical approach to the formation of intellectual support for innovative development of an organization has been determined, on the basis of which practical recommendations for the formation of a management system for the innovative development of an industrial organization are formulated, including an algorithm for choosing directions and determining patterns of innovative development.
