Abstract

The goal of the work is the exposure of ways, opportunities and reserves of a cut in expenditures and elaboration the measures of their realization.There was carried out the analysis of production and distribution costs of UE «KSN Octyabrskiy district» during the work and the influence of major factors on their size was studied, the supplies by the costs reduction were elaborated. The elements of scientific novelty of the turned out results are the tendencies of cutting the effectiveness of using expenditures in organization of school nutrition, the prognosis of costs in the first quarter of 2005 was calculated.
