Zusammenfassung: Object of the work research are insurance and investment. The purpose of the work is to research the investing activities of the insurance companies of the Republic of Belarus, a level of its development in the Republic of Belarus, and also revealing of the basic problems existing today in the financial market. As a result of the research the data which have allowed to draw conclusions concerning the further prospect of development of the given kind of insurance in the Republic of Belarus have been received.
