Abstract

The special position is occupied by issues of economic market independence for small and medium-sized countries in the conditions characterized with global deepening and processes complexity in all spheres of society life. A fundamental element of this independence lays in the steady structure creation and management could guarantee an uninterrupted supply of domestic consumers the necessary goods. The paper provides a contemporary view at the complex opinion focused on selfpositioning of state that gained an independence in the context of internationalization and globalization and misallocating resources.
