Развитие управленческого учета затрат по центрам ответственности и функциям на предприятиях машиностроения Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Разработана методика управленческого учета затрат по центрам ответственности, состав и содержание методических материалов по подготовке предприятия к ее внедрению; усовершенствована методика учета затрат в поэлементном разрезе; разработана методика управленческого учета затрат по функциям производственно-хозяйственной деятельности, разработан принципиально новый алгоритм распределения косвенных затрат по видам продукции, разработаны методические рекомендации по автоматизации управленческого учета затрат по центрам ответственности и функциям.

The technique of the management accounting of costs on the centers of the responsibility, structure and the maintenance of methodical materials on preparation of the enterprise for use of new management accounting of costs system; the technique of the account of costs in poelementnom a cut is advanced; the technique of the administrative account of expenses on functions of industrial — economic activities is developed; essentially new algorithm of distribution of indirect expenses by kinds is developed, methodical recommendations on automation of the administrative account of expenses on the centers of the responsibility and functions are developed.
