Инвестиции в возобновляемые источники энергии в России: состояние и инструменты стимулирования

Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the renewable energy investments and instruments of its promotion in the Russian Federation. The author proposes a classification of main measures taken in Russia in order to contribute to alternative power supplies use, compared with the other countries’ best practices. The article concludes that it’s important to carry out further development of the renewable energy investments promotion instruments in the Russian Federation.
