Аспекты развития финансовой политики в условиях международной экономической интеграции

Abstract

Исследуются вопросы финансовой политики в современных условиях. На основе проведенного анализа научных трудов зарубежных и отечественных ученых о финансах и практики осуществления финансовой политики сделан вывод о важности учета такого фактора ее разработки и реализации, как условия развития международной экономической интеграции. Отражены аспекты интегрированной финансовой политики в условиях участия Республики Беларусь в интеграционных объединениях: Содружество Независимых Государств, Союзное государство Беларуси и России, Евразийский экономический союз. Показаны межгосударственные интеграционные механизмы интегрированной финансовой политики на таможенной территории Евразийского экономического союза. Доказана роль интегрированной финансовой политики в эффективности финансовой политики республики и намечены перспективы ее развития в условиях евразийской интеграции в целях обеспечения экономического роста Беларуси.

The article examines the issues of financial policy in modern conditions. Based on the analysis of scientific works of foreign and Belarusian scientists on finance and the practice of implementing financial policy, it is concluded that it is important to take into account such a factor in its development and implementation as conditions for the development of international economic integration. The aspects of integrated financial policy in the conditions of participation of the Republic of Belarus in integration associations are specified: The Commonwealth of Independent States, the Union State of Belarus and Russia, the Eurasian Economic Union. The interstate integration mechanisms of the integrated financial policy on the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union are identified. The role of the integrated financial policy in the effectiveness of the financial policy of the republic is proved and the prospects for its development in the conditions of Eurasian integration are outlined in order to ensure economic growth of Belarus.
