Противодействие формированию организационной субкультуры “профессионального студента”

Abstract

The paper states that there are contradictory influences on the process of formation of a manager. On the on hand, the aim of business education is to develop a specialist well equipped for conditions of real business life. On the other hand, organizational culture of an educational institution does net facilitate development of managerial skills. The problem is the existing resistance of the organizational culture. I t ’s necessary to 1) be aware of the problem; 2) to start acting (personal action plan, for example).
