Развитие гибких форм занятости в Республике Беларусь

Abstract

Развиты теоретические основы гибких форм занятости; выявлены предпосылки и факторы применения гибких форм занятости в Республике Беларусь; проведен анализ и изучена практика применения гибких форм занятости в Республике Беларусь; определены проблемы применения гибких форм занятости в Республике Беларусь; обоснованы основные тенденции и направления развития гибких форм занятости в Республике Беларусь. Научная новизна полученных результатов исследования состоит в дополнении теоретических положений в отношении гибких форм занятости и разработке научно обоснованных рекомендаций по их развитию в Республике Беларусь.

The theoretical basis of flexible forms of employment are developed; the prerequisite factors of application of flexible forms of employment in the Republic of Belarus are identified; analysis is conducted and the practice is studied of application of flexible forms of employment in the Republic of Belarus; the problems of application of flexible forms of employment in the Republic of Belarus are defined; the main trends and directions of development of flexible forms of employment in the Republic of Belarus are justified. Scientific novelty of the results of the research is to supplement the theoretical provisions concerning flexible forms of employment, and the development of science-based recommendations for their development in the Republic of Belarus.
