Abstract

Развитие теоретических основ бюджетов интеграционных формирований; научно обоснованное определение понятия «бюджет интеграционного формирования», выявление и обоснование специфических функций бюджета интеграционного формирования, обоснование влияния интеграционных бюджетов на развитие национальных экономик, разработка универсальной модели бюджета интеграционного формирования и научно обоснованной методики расчета размеров долевых взносов в бюджет Союзного государства, предложений по совершенствованию механизма его формирования и исполнения, Концепции развития механизма исполнения бюджета Союзного государства и программы по ее реализации.
