Оценка инвестиционной привлекательности сферы туризма

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены некоторые тенденции, складывающиеся в отдельных видах деятельности сферы туризма Беларуси в контексте оценки их инвестиционной привлекательности. Ограниченность инвестиций при широте отраслей и видов деятельности заставляет использовать дифференцированный подход и более четко оценивать эффективность и перспективы инвестиционного процесса. В условиях недостаточности информации, объективно и достоверно отражающей составляющие сферы туризма, авторами предложен ряд методических приемов и сделана попытка их применения.

Some trends in the development of certain types of tourism activities in Belarus in the context of assessing their investment attractiveness are reviewed in the article. The limited investment in the variety of industries and activities makes it necessary to apply a differentiated approach and assess the effectiveness and prospects of the investment process more precisely. In conditions of insufficient information objectively and reliably reflecting the components of the tourism industry, The author has proposed a number of methodological techniques and then attempt has been made to apply them.
