Налоговая политика Республики Беларусь в условиях формирования национальной модели экономики

Abstract

Полученные результаты и их новизна состоят в обосновании теоретических основ формирования налоговой стратегии государства, разработке методики оценки достаточного уровня налоговой нагрузки с учетом прогнозируемых тенденций основных макроэкономических пропорций, разработке модели налоговой стратегии устойчивого экономического роста, определении критериев сравнительной оценки эффективности принимаемых решений по изменению налоговой ситуации, обосновании практических рекомендаций по реализации налоговой политики Республики Беларусь в условиях формирования национальной модели экономики, ориентированной на инновационное развитие.

The obtained results and their novelty consist of the substantiation of the theoretical fundamentals of the formation of state tax strategy, of the development of the procedure of the estimation of a sufficient level of tax load with taking into account the forecasted tendencies of basic macroeconomic proportions; of the development of the tax strategy model of steady economic increase; of the determination of the criteria of the comparative estimation of the effectiveness of the adopted decisions in the changing of the tax situation; of the substantiation of practical recommendations for the realization of the tax policy of the Republic of Belarus in conditions of formation of the national economic model oriented to the innovation development.
