Résumé: Рассматривается теоретико-методологический подход к пониманию сущности процесса принятия политических решений. Проанализированы концепции основоположников и современных представителей неоинституционального подхода. Выявлены, охарактеризованы и систематизированы принципы неоинституционального подхода, отображающие место и роль данного подхода в формулировании понятия и сущности процесса принятия политических решений.
The article considers a theoretical and methodological approach to understanding of the substance of the process of political decision making. The concepts of the founders and contemporary representatives of the neo-institutional approach are analyzed. The author identifies, characterizes and systematizes the principles of a neo-constitutional approach reflecting the place and role of this approach in formulating the concept and substance of political decision making.
