Résumé: В статье дана оценка изменения в структуре и динамике трансферных расходов профессионального спортивного клуба. Предложен алгоритм взаимосвязи элементов, формирующих рыночную стоимость спортсмена.
The article deals with types, directions and tools for evaluating the work of the board, which are used by companies in modern practice. The analysis of the peculiarities of drawing up questionnaires for conducting a survey of members of the board was carried out. Possible options for applying the results of the evaluation of the work of the board as a basis for developing a strategy for improving the efficiency of the work of the board and determining the amount of remuneration of members of the board are presented.
