Трансформация конкурентной среды в условиях развития цифровой экономики: факторы модификации и возможности регулирования

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются изменения в мировых конкурентных процессах, вызванных цифровой трансформацией экономической системы. Определяются ограничения и конкурентные преимущества стран в реализации концепции цифровой экономики, возможности изменений их внешнеэкономического позиционирования. Подчеркивается важность своевременного реагирования на изменившиеся конкурентные условия Республикой Беларусь и ЕАЭС сточки зрения получения эффектов от реализации потенциала цифровой трансформации и диверсификации внешнеэкономических связей.

Changes in the world competitive processes are considered in the article, which are caused by the digital transformation of the economic system. The limitations and competitive advantages of small countries in the implementation of the concept of the digital economy, the possibility of changes in their foreign economic positioning are determined. The article points to the importance of rapid response to changing competitive conditions in the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Economic Union from the point of view of the effects from implementation of the potential of the digital transformation and diversification of foreign economic relations.
