Résumé: Расширение международных экономических связей, необходимость повышения эффективности производственно-финансовой деятельности субъектов хозяйствования и развитие рыночных отношений в Республике Беларусь обусловили необходимость применения новых концепций управления организацией. Одной из таких концепций является контроллинг.
The expansion of international economic relations, the need to improve the efficiency of production and financial activities of business entities and the development of market relations in the Republic of Belarus have necessitated the application of new management concepts of the organization. Controlling is one such concept.
