Zusammenfassung: In article the factors interfering normal functioning of mutual investment funds are revealed. It is established that these factors are a low standard of living of the population, his mistrust to financial institutions, low liquidity of investment shares, the legal restrictions imposed on structure and structure of assets of mutual investment funds, unavailability of the enterprises of real sector to accept the means accumulated by mutual investment funds. Recommendations about elimination of the listed above factors are developed.
