Перспективы развития лизинга в Республике Беларусь

Abstract

Leasing is flexible economic lever, contributing to attracting investments, to raise domestic production and provide real support for small business and is a long-term, reliable income for commercial banks. Improvement of leasing activity has become a key problem of economic development of the Republic of Belarus. Currently on the leasing market of the Republic of Belarus there are about 150 companies. Rapidly growing volume of international leasing, that is, the export of Belarusian products to international treaties. In 2011 as compared with 2010, they have increased in 2, 5 times, as compared with 2009, 46.5 %. We can confidently say that leasing in the Republic of Belarus will gradually increase their turnovers, and will play an increasingly important role in the economy.
