Abstract: Исследуется метод рангового анализа для формирования рационального ассортимента выпускаемой продукции, который позволит удовлетворить спрос потребителей и получить запланированную прибыль. На примере ОАО «Жлобинский мясокомбинат» рассматривается метод рангового анализа для рационализации ассортиментной структуры выпускаемой продукции.
The method of rank analysis is examined for the formation of the rational product portfolio, which will allow to meet the demand of customers and make target profit. Based on the example of “Zhlobin Meat Processing Plant” the rank analysis method is considered for the rationalization of the product assortment structure.
