Особенности подготовки специалистов юридических служб парламента

Abstract

This article deals with issues of ensuring the competence and the professionalism of employees of legal departments of Parliament. In this connection some aspects of professional development of employees are discussed. In particular, exposition is made of the necessity to create the conditions for specialization of professional knowledge of persons first time employed at the Parliament, motivation of employees for further self-dependent training bу monitoring this process, periodic compulsory refresher training with the purpose of upgrading the proficiency in case of change of job description, or occasioned bу other requirements imposed оп аn employee due to circumstances.
