Résumé: This paper ls devoted to speclflc problems appeared in the process of development of instructions for distance education in transition economies. The main difficulty in distance education is students difference that is why а teacher should develop а set of instructions and resumes for different groupes of students. Also а teacher should solve the prоblem of technical possiblities of students, evaluation of courses and instructions bу students and colleges. The main prоblem of distance education in transition ecоnоmу and also the Republic of Belarus is technical possiblity.
