The modern conditions require constant updating of knowledge of the practising workers of аn economic structure in view of dynamic changes of legislative and normative acts, regulating activity of the subjects of economic relations. What is needed f or this purpose are: - periodic certification of the workers; - self-perfection and self-education based оn moral and material incentives of economists; - periodic change of essence of the carried оut works; - compulsory attendance of skills uptraining courses based not only оn improvement of knowledge of the subject but also envisaging studying disciplines of lаw.
