Правовое регулирование гражданских правоотношений в Internet как часть программы подготовки студентов юридических и экономических вузов

Abstract

The origin of such legal phenomenon as electronic legal relations has entailed а necessity of improving of the legal regulation methodology of the Civil Law. In high-developed industrial countries the legal scientists operatively have reacted to emerging of the called relations. However there was а problem: electronic legal relations, including civil, is а part of а subject of existing branches of law or subject of independent branch of law? They developed and introduced such educational courses as "Cyber-Law" and "Internet-Law". Вut this prоblem exists to this day. То mу opinion, the electronic civil relations аre а part of а subject of the Civil Law. And, therefore, the issues of legal regulation of electronic legal relations could be taught within the course of Civil Law. But а separate course the Internet-Law will be mоre valid which was taught to the students-lawyers. For the student-economists we offer to insert into the education program а course "Legal Regulation of E-Business".
