Abstract

В рамках современных реалий в Республике Беларусь с целью развития и выживания организациям следует проявлять гибкость к изменениям, которые диктует внешняя среда. Компания способна удержать свой уровень конкурентоспособности в том случае, если сможет грамотно перегруппировывать свои силы в зависимости от ситуации на рынке, найти и использовать наиболее эффективные способы управления, т.е. проявить гибкость. Руководствуясь технологией coaching, можно эффективно разрабатывать и корректировать стратегию развития компании, мотивировать персонал, более качественно принимать управленческие решения.

Within the frame of contemporary realities in the Republic of Belarus, for the purpose of development and survival, organizations should be flexible to changes of business environment. The company is able to maintain its level of competitiveness, if it is able to regroup its forces effectively depending on the market situation, as well as to find and use the most effective methods of control, that is to show its flexibility. Guided by technology of coaching, one can effectively develop and adjust the company development strategy, motivate staff, to take better management decisions.
