Intercultural approach in teaching foreign languages: from theory to practice

Abstract

This article examines the development and application of an intercultural approach in teaching foreign languages. The relevance of the study arises from the increasing need for metalinguistic competence of the students, which includes not only the acquisition of linguistic structures, but also the understanding of the dynamics of sociocultural communication.
