Abstract

Обоснование и решение комплекса теоретических и практических проблем, связанных с разработкой механизма обеспечения эффективного функционирования СП, включая классификацию совместных предприятий на основе селекции их важнейших отличительных признаков, технологию проведения комплексного анализа эффективности функционирования СП на макро- и микроуровнях, систему государственной поддержки совместного предпринимательства, обоснование выбора партнерами типа СП и определение его инвестиционной направленности, структурно-логическую модель обеспечения эффективного функционирования СП.

Substantiation and solution of a complex of creative and practical problems related to the development of the mechanism for ensuring the efficient functioning of joint ventures, including the classification of joint ventures on the basis of selection of their most important distinguishing features, technique of complex analysis of the efficiency of functioning of joint vestures at the macro and micro levels, system of state support of the joint entrepreneurship, substantiation of the selection of the type of a joint venture and determination ’of its investment orientation by the partners, and the structural and logical model of ensuring the efficient functioning of joint ventures.
