Abstract: Рассмотрены существующие подходы к бюджетированию на предприятии транспорта для выявления их преимуществ и недостатков; выявлены факторы, влияющие на эффективность внедрения бюджетирования на предприятии; разработан инструментарий, позволяющий при выборе бюджетной модели для предприятия учитывать специфику его деятельности.
The article examines the existing approaches to budgeting at the transport enterprise to identify their advantages and disadvantages; factors affecting the effectiveness of budgeting implementation at the enterprise are identified; tools are developed that allow taking into account the specifics of its activities when choosing a budget model for an enterprise.
