Abstract: The analysis of entreyreneurship in the Republic of Belarus was made by the author and at the same time he revealed the factors that caused its development. The foreign ways of doing business were generalized in this work and the way how it could be forecasted. At the same time the author offered the way and methods to improve the forecast of the number of the entrepreneurs and the factors caused it.
