Abstract: The basis of an innovative way of development of any economics are efficient innovative projects. the necessity of economic appraise of the efficiency of innovative projects is caused by the potential investor’s requirements of proving the profit of enclosing the finance resources they hare. nowadays the main aim is to solve the problem of the development of complex appraisal methods of the effectiveness of innovative projects. the level of innovative activity in the country reflects not only the scientific and innovative way of developments.
