Abstract: In conditions of toughening of competitive struggle in the world market of a problem of controlling get especially actual meaning. The presented work in which the system state is characterized and a social system of the country also is devoted to such questions, a degree of its ability to provide steady dynamical development of economy and the well-being of a society connected with this. Work is characterized by the system approach to consideration of questions, precise substantiations are resulted and original offers of the decision of considered problems are given. The urgency of a theme of research is caused by necessity of development of the organizational-economic bases including principles, methods and actions on optimization of reception of profit, owing to maintenance of higher level of competitiveness of the enterprise that is especially actual for the domestic enterprises. Scientific novelty of work consists in development and a substantiation of the mechanism of the operation of business providing maximization of profit.
