Участие Республики Беларусь в международных кредитных отношениях на примере сотрудничества с международными финансовыми организациями

Abstract

Capital is one of the most effective sources of economic growth of any state. For the transition economy countries and the developing states that do not possess their own resources in required volumes the attraction of capital from external sources (including in a form of credit resources) is of special importance. The essential condition of large-scale inflow of foreign capital to these states is their successful cooperation with the international financial organizations (IFO) that promotes the creation of favorable investment image of these countries as solvent borrowers. As it is known, Belarus feels high need of investment having a limited internal capacity for accumulation. The aforesaid defines a choice of the theme of these research.
