Abstract

The development of novel technologies is high priority for the Republic of Belarus. Under the conditions of continuous growth of competition, it is possible to ensure stable growth and development of foreign trade on the basis of innovations. That is why intellectual property becomes an essential tool in foreign trade policy. It favors and protects investment, fosters additional profit and competitive advantage which guarantees stable and secure presence of goods and services in foreign markets.
