Модели риск-менеджмента как инструмент минимизации производственных и системных рисков в системе управления предприятием

Abstract

The methodical approach to economic and mathematical model of risk-management of an enterprise with a focus on the key risks of the Belarusian economy is justified in this article. The analysis of corporate information management systems, known in the literature and considered as a possible basis of the information support of the model, helps to choose different mathematical tools that can be used by enterprises as a model of risk-management. The experimental model calculations based on the data from the food industry enterprise and conclusions about model prospects and directions of further development are carried out.
