Abstract

Human capital - a term denoting the accumulated knowledge, skill and craftsmanship that the worker has and who purchased them through the general and special education, vocational training, work experience. The concept of human capital was first proposed by the American economist G. Becker in I960. In this article the two main types of human capital are analyzed: posititve and negative one.
