Abstract: Procedure of reengineering of two business processes of bank is carried out. For elimination of the revealed shortcomings introduction of the GIS-projects developed by the author is offered: "A geographic information system of monitoring of the natural persons having a credit debt" and "A geographic information system of management of incidents in IT infrastructure of bank". The analysis of the considered processes is made functional and cost, efficiency of carrying out procedures of reengineering is calculated.
