Инструментальный метод реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов на основе информационно-аналитических систем поддержки принятия решений

Abstract

Разработан инструментальный DMR-метод, включающий методику проведения реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов с применением систем поддержки принятия решений и инструментальное средство, проектируемое с целью использования в проектах по реинжинирингу; разработаны методические рекомендации по внедрению информационно-аналитических систем поддержки принятия решений в реинжиниринг бизнес-процессов; разработана методика оценки эффективности проектов по реинжинирингу и применения в них систем поддержки принятия решений; разработан комплекс моделей задач многокритериального выбора, алгоритмов и программ, организованных в виде системы поддержки принятия решений Assistant Choice; разработана классификация задач и методов принятия решений по принципу использования субъективных суждений при построении модели решаемой задачи.

The tool DMR-method which is switching on a technique of realization of business process reengineering with application of decision support systems and the tool, projected is developed with the purpose of usage in the projects on reengineering; the methodical guidelines on implantation of informational - analytical decision support systems in business process reengineering are developed; the technique of a rating of efficiency of the projects on business process reengineering and application in them of decision support systems is developed; the complex of models of the tasks of multicriteria choice, algorithms and programs organized as a decision support system Assistant Choice, created is developed according to the requirements for support systems of the tasks of reengineering; the classification of the tasks and methods of decision making by a principle of usage of subjective opinions is developed at construction of model of the soluble task.
