Методика оценки инновационного развития сферы физической культуры и спорта Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Раскрыта сущность инновационного развития и его значение для сферы физической культуры и спорта. Определена необходимость внедрения инноваций в этой сфере. Выявлены методологические неточности и практические проблемы анализа инновационного развития сферы физической культуры и спорта в Беларуси. Разработан алгоритм оценки инновационного развития сферы физической культуры и спорта в Республике Беларусь с учетом требований общей методики к построению алгоритмов. Определены показатели для оценки инновационного развития сферы физической культуры и спорта и проведена их группировка по четырем блокам, а также организации, разрабатывающие и внедряющие инновации в данной сфере на различных уровнях. Инновации сгруппированы по степени их воздействия на факторы, способствующие росту спортивных результатов спортсменов и укреплению состояния здоровья занимающихся физической культурой.

The article reveals the essence of innovative development and its importance for the sphere of physical culture and sports. The necessity to introduce innovations in this sphere is determined. The methodological inaccuracies and practical problems of analyzing the innovative development of physical culture and sports in Belarus are revealed. The algorithm of the assessment of the innovative development of physical culture and sports in the Republic of Belarus is suggested taking into account the requirements of the general methodology for the algorithm construction. The indicators for the assessment of the innovative development of the sphere of physical culture and sports are identified and grouped into four blocks, as well as the organizations developing and implementing innovations in this area at various levels. Innovations are grouped according to the degree of their impact on the factors contributing to the growth of athletes’ sports results and strengthening the health of those engaged in physical exercise.
