Résumé: Раскрыты особенности развития и применения корпоративного механизма хозяйствования, подходы к интерпретации термина «корпорация», роль государства в становлении и регулировании корпоративных институтов. Это позволило выделить и описать основные преимущества более интенсивного применения механизма в АПК Республики Беларусь.
The article reveals the peculiarities of the development and application of the corporate management mechanism, approaches to interpreting the term «corporation», the role of the state in the formation and regulation of corporate institutions. This made it possible to identify and describe the main advantages of a more intensive use of the mechanism in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus.
