Принципы и детерминанты управления инновационным развитием промышленной организации

Abstract

Рассмотрено понятие «инновационный потенциал». Выделены распространенные подходы к его определению и методикам оценки, выявлены их преимущества и недостатки. Предложено авторское определение инновационного потенциала и разработана методика его оценки, которая позволяет: проводить всесторонний анализ состояния компании на основе комплексной системы показателей; оценивать потенциальную готовность предприятия к осуществлению инновационного проекта и возможность его реализации; на основе динамики показателей определять перспективы и формировать стратегии развития компании. Представлена авторская система паттернов управления инновационным развитием промышленной организации.

The article considers the concept of «innovative potential». Common approaches to its definition and assessment methods are highlighted, while their advantages and disadvantages are identified. The author’s definition of innovative potential is proposed and a methodology for its assessment is developed. The developed methodology allows: to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the state of the company based on a complex system of indicators; evaluate the potential readiness of the enterprise to implement an innovative project and the possibility of its implementation; based on the dynamics of indicators, determine prospects and form strategies for the development of the company. The author’s system of patterns for managing the innovative development of an industrial organization is also presented.
