Рынок труда и рынок образовательных услуг в контексте обеспечения экономической безопасности

Abstract

Предметом анализа выступает рынок труда и рынок образовательных услуг в Республике Беларусь. Цель исследования заключается в определении особенностей взаимодействия и сбалансированности рынков труда и образовательных услуг в рамках поддержания экономической безопасности. Задачи исследования: проанализировать показатели деятельности образовательных учреждений; определить зависимость образования от преимуществ на рынке труда в цифровой экономике; охарактеризовать риски образовательной организации; выявить возможные угрозы снижения потребления образовательных услуг. В процессе исследования применялись общенаучные и частные методы познания. Результаты: обоснована взаимосвязь рынка труда и рынка образовательных услуг; раскрыты позитивные и негативные критерии влияния цифровизации в сфере образовательных услуг; сформулированы угрозы на рынке образовательных услуг.

The subject of the analysis is the labor market and the market of educational services in the Republic of Belarus. The purpose of the study is to determine the features of interaction and balance of labor markets and educational services in the framework of maintaining economic security. Research objectives: to analyze the performance of educational institutions; determine the dependence of education on labor market advantages in the digital economy; characterize the risks of an educational organization; identify possible threats to reduce the consumption of educational services. In the process of research, general scientific and particular methods of cognition were used. Results: the relationship between the labor market and the market of educational services is substantiated; revealed positive and negative criteria for the impact of digitalization in the field of educational services; threats in the market of educational services are formulated.
