Финансовый счет в системе национального счетоводства Украины

Abstract

Одним из важнейших счетов СНС-1993 является финансовый счет, отображающий операции с финансовыми активами и обязательствами, которые осуществляются между институциональными единицами национальной экономики (резидентами) и между резидентами и другими странами мира (нерезидентами), а также показывает роль отдельных финансовых инструментов в этих операциях.

Оnе of the most important accounts of the SNA-1993 is the financial account showing transactions in financial assets and liabilities that are carried out between institutional units of the national economy (residents) and between the residents and the rest of the world (non-residents), and also shows the role of certain financial instruments in these operations. Financial account describes а mechanism for the redistribution of financial resources between institutional sectors who lack the financial resources and institutional sectors - net lenders who place their surplus funds through acquisition of financial assets or to reduce existing obligations.
