Исследуются актуальные вопросы учета и налогообложения операций, связанных с формированием и использованием централизованных фондов в холдингах.

The study of current issues of accounting and taxation operations related to the formation and use of centralized funds in holdings. The suggestion of accounting technique to form the centralized fund in managing company of the holding, the methodology of accounting of contributions to the fund, receiving funds from the fund and their intended use by holding participants.
