The article is devoted to the consideration of the general prospects for the development of accounting in the context of the need to introduce a recycling economy and a neutral carbon economy in the Republic of Belarus. In particular, the necessity of creating a digitalized accounting and reporting system in Belarus, allowing to provide information on the recycling of resources in the economy, and a national carbon footprint accounting system, including that left by organizations and certain types of products, works, services, are substantiated. |
