Текущее состояние и тенденции развития региональных рынков труда в Республике Беларусь

Abstract

Анализируются состояние и основные тенденции развития региональных рынков труда Республики Беларусь, выделены особенности и проблемы их совершенствования. В результате анализа выявлены диспропорции в социально-экономическом развитии г. Минска и остальных областей страны. Это указывает на проблему поляризации пространственного развития и перехода к модели взаимоотношений «центр — периферия». Концентрация экономических, технологических, человеческих ресурсов в г. Минске и прилегающих территориях создает возможности для интенсивного роста и усиления существенных конкурентных преимуществ столичного региона, но содержит угрозы «обескровливания» и ослабления других областей.

The article provides an analysis of the state and main trends in the development of regional labor markets of the Republic of Belarus, highlights the features and problems of its development. As a result of the analysis, disproportions were revealed in the socio-economic development of the city of Minsk and other regions of the country. This points at the problem of polarization of spatial development and the transition to the model of «center-periphery» relationships. The concentration of economic, technological, human resources in Minsk and adjacent territories creates opportunities for intensive development and strengthening significant competitive advantages of the capital city region, but involves the threat of «starving» other areas of resources and weakening.
