Résumé: In this article the condition of the state budget of the Republic of Belarus is considered. Characteristics of the budget are analyzed, a profitable and account part of the budget is characterized. Communication between existence of deficiency of the state budget and a public debt is revealed and caused. On the basis of the conducted research it is offered by authors to a way of prevention of formation of deficiency of the state budget.
