Zusammenfassung: The article describes the main evaluation indicators of the analysis of the process of realization in trade organizations. The issues of measurement, evaluation and analysis of the implementation process have been studied. Particular attention is paid to the clarification of the implementation analysis tool. The main differences between revenue and turnover indicators are considered with a view to distinguishing them by management functions.
